Our company has been founded in summer 2009 with reference to our office located at the waterside of the river Spree in the Nicolai-Viertel.
Our staff members have more than 15 years experience in project management, construction services, real estate transactions and property management, especially the management of residential properties.
These comprehensive experiences make it possible to fully utilize and expand the service potential and offer of the company for our clients.

The Team.
To our team belong architects, engineers, economists, probate researchers and housing economists.
By this we broadly handle for our clients all areas from the property acquisition via the construction services to the property management.
The main focus of our work is the area of Berlin-Brandenburg. Our staff members speak foreign languages in order to communicate and cooperate with our partners and clients from English, Spanish and Portuguese speaking countries.
We collaborate with renowned architects and engineers, construction firms, handicraft enterprises and qualified lawyers.
